For physical products, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please keep in mind the following:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Before returning any item, you must contact us at info@lilyrosy.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Securely package the item and ship it back to the provided return address to prevent any damage during transit. -

Once we receive the returned item and complete the inspection, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds are typically completed within 2–14 business days, depending on your payment method and bank's processing time.
